The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Privacy policy

We have a NO RETURN POLICY but may make exceptions depending on circumstances. Message us directly. If a candle is defective or damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace the exact item upon photo proof by email, no later than 3 days from delivery for damaged and 7 days for defective. Exchanges are accepted for unused, undamaged items upon return of original item at cost to buyer within a reasonable amount of time, up to our discretion. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do anything possible to ensure you love your purchase. Please reach out to us with any questions or concerns.

Never leave your candle unattended. Do not burn for more than four hours at a time. Always trim your wick 1/4 inch prior to re-lighting. Do not allow your candle to burn too low as this can cause the glassware to overheat and shatter, though rare. We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse of product.
